Synopsis

The King and Queen react to the curse (Montgomery Academy,
Montgomery, AL).

Prince William Xavier Hopkirk the Third is under an evil curse.  He is the ugliest child in the entire Kingdom--so ugly that children run from his face.  There is only one way he can break the spell:  he must make one true friend.  Only it's not so easy to make a real friend when children run from your face--or if they don't it's only because the King has offered a reward to anyone who will be his friend.  That's not real friendship.  A real friend is someone you truly care about.  More than you care about yourself.  How will Prince Ugly (as everyone--even his parents--call him sometimes) learn the true meaning of friendship?
